    pretty sure this is an "A Special Place" Doll.  had a sticker on Bottom the said A Special Place Made in China 2000. on bottom. I would say instead of bright white it has slightly yellowed with age.  found in a box of Christmas ornaments from my grandmother  See photos for condition, details and measurements.
